Get Your Group Together at ThriveOn King
ThriveOn King offers flexible community spaces designed for gatherings, events and programming. These spaces include open common areas for meeting and socializing, and community rooms available for residents and organizations to reserve. It all adds up to creating a first floor hub, a shared environment that promotes collaboration and engagement.
Whether it’s for workshops, celebrations, or meetings, the community rooms at ThriveOn King are available to be reserved. For more information, please contact Alaina Whitson, ThriveOn Engagement Coordinator, at reservations@ThriveOnMKE.org.
Please note that in the reservation request portal, reservations can only be made up to 90 days from the current date. The building hours are 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday; closed on Sundays.

All guests must check in at the first floor security desk upon arrival.
Reservation Hours
Mon–Fri: 9 a.m.-7 p.m. (must clear space by 7:30 p.m.)
Sat: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. (must clear space by 4:30 p.m.)
Sun: Closed
Reservations may be submitted up to 90 days in advance.
Reservation Limits & Approval
- Up to 5 requests per organization, per quarter
- Submission does not guarantee approval
- Confirmation and any room changes will be sent via email
Cancellations
Please cancel as early as possible. Failure to cancel may affect future booking eligibility.
Room & Technology
A required room and A/V walk through will be scheduled after approval (unless otherwise noted).
Amenities
Amenities vary by room. Please review room descriptions prior to submitting a request.
Request Requirements
Include arrival time and cleanup/breakdown time. Early access is not guaranteed.
Deliveries & Parking
All deliveries must use the west entrance accessed on the service drive via Lloyd St.
Parking garage: 320 W. Lloyd St.
